Information we use
The general enquiry form requests contact and planning information. The separate health-insurance request form requests your name, email, telephone number, country of residence, the people to insure, their dates of birth and structured health information. Please do not submit medical reports, identity documents, bank details or photographs.
Health-insurance requests
Health information is special-category personal data. We process it only when you give explicit consent, only to prepare and manage the health-insurance request you submit. This information is not used for unrelated marketing. You may withdraw consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before it.
Why we use it
We use the information to answer your enquiry, prepare and manage the requested residence, relocation or insurance enquiry, organise a requested conversation and keep an operational record. The legal basis is your request for pre-contractual steps and, for health information, your explicit consent.
Recipients
Website enquiries and Facebook residence enquiries are stored in the privately managed TotalControlcrm system. Facebook residence enquiries are transferred through our Meta integration and assigned to Adrián Antonio Pérez Lozada for follow-up in English. Authorised staff receive internal email notifications with a reference to the enquiry and a link to the private CRM. The hosting and email providers supporting this process handle the information necessary to provide their services. For insurance enquiries, the professional handling the requested option may receive the necessary information: Adrián Antonio Pérez Lozada, registered with the DGSFP under code C016160113573S, for DKV or Sanitas, and Kiverling Indira León Esteban, NIF 11476178Y, Calle Mejorana 19, Madrid, for Adeslas. Unallocated enquiries remain with Move Well Spain until an option is selected. The recipient of any other provider enquiry is identified before referral. Other information is disclosed only where necessary to a professional or service provider involved in the service you request, or when required by law.
Facebook enquiry forms
Our Facebook residence form asks for your name, email, telephone number, current country of residence, whether you are living in Spain, your Spanish province or city, preferred contact method and the residence matter you need help with. We use these details to respond to your request and arrange the assistance you seek. The form does not request health information. Your enquiry is transferred to TotalControlcrm together with available lead, form, campaign, ad set and advertisement identifiers, submission time and the version of the enquiry notice. We use your email, telephone number and lead identifier to identify existing contacts and avoid duplicate processing. Internal email notifications alert authorised staff to review the enquiry in the private CRM. After submitting, you may use the Visit Website button to visit Move Well Spain. Your enquiry also remains available in Meta’s lead management tools, subject to Meta’s retention settings and privacy terms. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Any health information needed for a separate insurance request is collected later through the secure health-insurance form with explicit consent.
Analytics
If you accept analytical cookies, Google Analytics 4 processes technical information about visits, including pages viewed, approximate location, device, language and interactions with calls to action. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, health information or form contents to Analytics. You can reject or withdraw analytics consent through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only for the time reasonably necessary to respond and manage the requested service, and afterwards for any period required by applicable legal obligations. Records that do not lead to a service relationship are reviewed periodically for deletion.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by writing to danivond10@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) ↗.
International services
Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law. You may request further information from the controller.
