2. Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, selected topic, message, preferred appointment details and, when you request health insurance information, the number of people to insure and their dates of birth.

Please do not include medical histories or other sensitive health information in the form. We will request any information that is strictly necessary through an appropriate channel.

Your request may be processed by service providers used to manage enquiries and client records, including the CRM used by Move Well Spain. Providers act under appropriate instructions and confidentiality obligations. Data is not used for unrelated marketing unless you separately consent.

5. Retention

We retain information for no longer than necessary for the stated purpose and to comply with applicable legal, accounting, insurance-distribution or claims obligations. Enquiry records that do not lead to a relationship will be reviewed for deletion or anonymisation periodically.
