Our process
One plan. The right specialist at the right moment.
Retirement relocation questions overlap. We coordinate the sequence while keeping your choices, costs and each professional responsibility clear.
1. You explain your plans in a free initial conversation
You tell us where you live, who is moving, your intended timing, possible destination and the areas where you may need help. This first conversation is free and is intended to understand the move and explain how we may help. It is not a complete relocation plan or individual legal, tax or insurance advice.
2. We identify the services and professionals you may need
We distinguish practical coordination from work that requires a regulated or qualified professional. Depending on the case, this may involve residence, healthcare and insurance, housing or other settling-in needs. Health information is requested only in the separate health-insurance flow and is not used for unrelated marketing.
3. You receive a proposed scope and cost
Before deciding whether to proceed, you should know what is proposed, who will handle it, what their role is and what fee, premium or other cost applies. Insurance intermediaries and current registration details are identified in our legal notice and applicable pre-contractual information.
4. We coordinate the services you choose
You decide whether to proceed; an introduction is not an obligation to buy. If you contract a service, Move Well Spain coordinates the agreed tasks and handovers while each professional remains responsible for their own work under the terms explained for that service.
What you should know before committing
- The initial conversation is free.
- Later services are not automatically included and may be paid.
- The scope, provider and cost should be explained before you contract.
- No conversation or service can guarantee a residence, insurance or public-authority outcome.
Partner standards
- Identity, role and relevant professional status must be verifiable.
- The partner must be able to communicate in the language agreed for the client.
- Scope, fees and conflicts or remuneration disclosures must be clear before commitment.
- Only information necessary for the requested service should be shared.
- Published claims are not treated as professionally reviewed unless the reviewer and date are recorded.
Editorial accountability
We prefer official primary sources, keep publication and source-check dates separate and correct material when requirements change. Immigration, tax and insurance content is prioritised for professional review because errors can affect important decisions.
